Have courage to ask and learn

I try to ask questions whenever I’m in doubt because I don’t want to miss out on gaining new knowledge and learning opportunities. I don’t see learning as a single event. Every day is a learning process for me—a continuous journey. I seize any opportunity to learn new things, even if it’s outside my typical job scope. As Albert Einstein once said, “When you stop learning, you start dying.”  

Persistence pays off 

Success rarely comes overnight. It is hard work, but with some determination, I have managed to push through obstacles and setbacks. Perseverance and staying committed to my goals have been essential in helping me achieve long-term success. 

Get Hands-on Experience 

Theory is essential, but practical experience is invaluable. Participate in every opportunity given, contribute, and be valuable to the company.  

Stay Passionate 

The semiconductor industry has many facets and levels. Let your passion drive you through the inevitable challenges and setbacks you may encounter on your career journey.

Be proactive and foster a strong sense of ownership and responsibility. Stay committed to your job and be responsible for your own performance. Be proud of your accomplishments, no matter how big or small.
