What drew you to this role and how did you get started in this field? 

My previous work in the semiconductor sector involved data analysis, managing supply chain accounts, and capacity planning for both front-end and back-end processes. These roles equipped me with skills and insights applicable to Silicon Box. Currently, my focus lies in customer relations, where I prioritize nurturing relationships and creating an environment that values our clients. The most fulfilling aspect of my job is assisting customers with their chip design strategies and supporting them in achieving their business objectives. 

What are some important lessons you learned throughout your career?

• Never stop learning, and diversify knowledge to stay ahead  
• Embrace change to become more adaptable  
• Resilience can be trained to help bounce back from adversities 
• Having a growth and positive mindset helps overcome challenges, leading to a more fulfilling life 

Most importantly, it is making time to unwind after a busy week. I look forward to relaxing with friends or colleagues at new food and beverage spots, and I'd surely enjoy a weekly session of rhythm cycling, running, or pilates.
